Nyhus Design Group is seeking junior to mid-level architects and designers to join our team in our Burlingame, CA office. Candidate should have between 5-15 years of experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design and construction and need not be licensed.
Must have good construction documentation and detailing experience and sufficient Construction Administration knowledge to be able to manage a project through completion. Must have a good understanding of materials, construction processes, systems, and methodologies, and an even greater curiosity of it! Ability to communicate effectively with consultants and contractors and coordinating work of consulting engineers. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, graphic, and presentation skills, and very good command of AutoCad, Photoshop, Word, and Excel. SketchUp a bonus.
