Our family is looking for someone to help around the house with general house hold tasks. My parents are both in their 80s. My mother is active and wants help with things like light cleaning, pet care (dog and cat) meal prep, putting Amazon purchases together, maybe some driving but she still drives, maybe grocery shopping, sometimes but she likes to get out to the store. The key for us is flexibility with what kinds of things they may need help with.
My mom would like to get out of the house a bit more and be sure my dad is safe. My dad is less mobile, but trying to get stronger. He uses a walker to move around the house or is in bed when he’s weaker. My mom helps him quite a bit but she may need some relief sometimes. She’d like to see friends and grandkids a bit more.
We are looking for caregivers able to work 2/3 hours in the afternoon/ early evenings. We are hoping to find a few people if possible so we can be flexible on schedules.
Pay rate $25 per hour. References required.
