Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (12 hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Part-Time Swim Instructor/Deck Supervisor to join our year-round team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, has swim team experience, and wants to help create a positive, safe, and organized environment around the pool.
Responsibilities
Assist students to and from the pool area for lessons
Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool deck
Substitute for swim lessons when needed
Support instructors and staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children
Swim team background and ability to demonstrate all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
