We are an audio-visual design and integration company. We work all over the Bay Area and sometimes beyond. We are a small boutique company and are looking for someone to join our team. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Driver/Warehouse Associate. In this hands-on role, you’ll split your time between making safe, timely deliveries to clients and jobsites while also supporting warehouse operations to keep things running smoothly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse operations, including receiving, and organizing inventory
Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery to job sites
Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
Deliver equipment to jobsites utilizing various company vehicles
Operate equipment such as, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, computer, copier, phone
Ability to drive cargo van and box truck
Verify that shipments are correct
· Technical Skills: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse inventory and project management software.
· Reasoning Ability: Ability to think independently and to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of different situations without set guidelines. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, report or schedule form.
Non-Essential Functions:
Versed in the safety aspects of material handling and proper lifting.
Ability to sit stand, reach, crouch, climb for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Willingness to be self-managed and assume responsibility.
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment (varied temps, sometimes loud, etc., stand on concrete for extended periods of time).
Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization; basic math skills.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
An interest in learning or has already a basic knowledge of the A/V industry is a strong plus
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and understanding of company systems (FileMaker, Wrike)
Must possess a good driving record and current driver’s license, with a min. of 5 years driving experience.
Forklift experience/certification preferred.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Communicates well with others
Must be able to lift/pull/push 75 lbs. or more
GED or High School Diploma
Must be organized, detail-oriented and team driven
Must be flexible and adaptable to constant change
Must be a team player
