Candidates must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with an extensive knowledge of crafting cocktails, product and alcoholic beverage selections. Candidates for the bar position should possess the following qualities:
-2 years Fine Dining Experience
-Professional grooming and demeanor
-Strong sense of urgency
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent memorization skills
-Work well under pressure
-Well versed in classic cocktail knowledge
-Extensive Cocktail Knowledge
-Strong knowledge and passion for spirits
