Job Summary:
We are seeking a Nighttime Manager to oversee operations during evening hours at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant settings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise night staff, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee nightly functions, including special events
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the establishment
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the General Manager to address any issues that arise during the night shift
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of food service management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends
