Welcome to Forma Bakery in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland! We are a bakery which offers French baking inspired by Mexican flavors (croissants, conchas, sourdough) as well as a variety of espresso and tea drinks.
We are looking for Baristas to join our front of house team where they will be responsible for making espresso drinks, as well as cashier duties where they will need to describe our baked items and coffee offerings to sell to customers.
We are a neighborhood bakery and offering a warm customer experience is the priority while paying attention to detail on both the coffee and baked goods.
Espresso experience is highly preferred.
The bakery hours are from 8-2:30 Wednesday- Sunday. Earliest shifts start at 6:30am, the closing shifts go until 3:30pm.
We’re looking for someone to work 18hrs a week doing the closing shifts on Friday-Sunday.
The rate is $17-17.50/hr with tips shared between the front.
