Bar Piccino is seeking a Bar Manager.

In the role of Bar Manager the candidate will drive our program creatively, supervise/execute daily operations, manage inventory and costs via Bevager program. She/he will be managing a small team of 3 Bar Tenders that operates with passion, efficiency and a keen disposition towards hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain excellence in creating our cocktail program
Uphold key hospitality principles
Mentor a young but capable staff, eager to learn
Manage inventory with attention to overall budget guidelines
Order from key suppliers
Work closely with the General Manager and Beverage Director
Have a keen understanding of service dynamics, priorities, staff strengths, relationship with restaurant
Qualifications:
3-year experience in a similar Bar.
Capable and supportive manager of her/his team
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Comfortable working in Google Suite (mail, calendar, sheets, docs, shared drives).
Motivated, excellent time management skills, able to successfully relate to management team, organized.
