Mission Pie is looking for full and part time Barista/Servers! We are seeking enthusiastic, upbeat folks to fill opening and closing shifts Tuesdays through Sundays. Opening shifts start as early as early as 6:30am and closing shifts end as late as 11:15pm.
Position Description: FOH Server & Barista. Fast paced, dynamic, customer service-oriented position with potential for growth. Includes food and beverage prep, espresso and tea prep, beer and wine service, point of sale/register, cash handling, managing phone orders, cleaning and maintenance, running loads of FOH and BOH dishes.

You are:
Available Tuesday - Sunday with day, evening and weekend availability.
Passionate about food and customer service.
Able to work well independently, self-motivated, self-aware and effectively manage time completing tasks
Work well and communicate with all levels of management and team, able to take feedback objectively and implement improvements.
Detail oriented, every task is completed thoroughly and every drink or dish is prepared with care.
Professional, reliable, punctual.
Committed to the diversity of our staff and clientele. Mission Pie regularly hosts interns from local agencies that provide workforce development services to at-risk youth, and our clientele includes people with disabilities, POC, LGBTQ, and tourists from all over the world.
Knowledge in sustainable food practices/food justice is a plus!
Other Position Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
Minimum 1yr experience in a professional food business
Abilities to hustle, multi-task, and switch gears seamlessly
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Compensation:
All positions are hourly + Tip Pool
