Hiring Manager for a Concession Bar:
RESPONSIBILITIES but no limited to:
o Recruiting, hiring and training Front-of-House staff, including servers and hosts
o Organizing FOH staff's weekly schedule
o Developing, implementing, and monitoring schedules for the operation of all food and beverage sub-departments to achieve a profitable result
o Streamlining the business flow to improve the guest experience
o Monitoring finances, including sales and expenses
o Implementing effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs among all departments to company standards
o Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
o Organize the activities of the Food and Beverage to maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, outstanding service and merchandising to maximize guest satisfaction
o Abiding all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
o Leading, directing and managing all FOH & BOH operations
o Handling issues that may arise from all departments
o Handling customer complaints
o Handling cash register on a daily basis
o Completing necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory and staff attendance reports
o Organizing staff meeting when necessary
o Relaying important messages and/or issues related to the business to the owners in order to come up with the most optimal solutions
o Communicating with the owners on a regular basis regarding the business operation
o Communicating with the staff members on a regular basis regarding the business operation
o Regularly review and evaluate the degree of guest satisfaction
o Availability on Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays required
At least 3 year of Experience in hospitality/bar industry
Must pass background check
Must be 21 years of age
Must pass and obtain RBS certificate within 7 days of employment
