Brucato Amaro is an independently owned and operated spirits company based in San Francisco. We believe amaro should be an expression of a place. Using traditional Italian methods, we draw inspiration from regional landscapes and source many ingredients directly from local producers. Each expression of Brucato Amaro captures a specific landscape: Orchards, Woodlands, and Chaparral. Building on our ethos of creativity and exploration, we continue to develop new and experimental releases of amaros, aperitifs, and gins.
As a company, we honor the diversity of experiences, histories, and identities that make American craft production so vibrant, and we celebrate our community. In that spirit, Brucato Amaro will launch Bar Brucato this spring, a craft cocktail bar and restaurant at our flagship distillery in the Mission District. This concept will extend our brand identity and expressions. The space will allow us to connect with our community through restaurant and bar service, as well as public and private events.
Bar Brucato is looking for an experienced, passionate, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. We’re assembling a team of dedicated, creative professionals committed to hospitality and passionate about the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all bartender duties with precision and a commitment to quality.
Have a goal of giving each guest exceptional service
Work full bar shifts.
Collaborate on cocktail menu development.
Adhere to Standards and recipes of the Bar program
Participate in all-staff training sessions
Be a team player
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years in a Bartender role in a bar or elevated dining setting.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, seasonal ingredients, bar tools, industry trends, and advanced techniques.
Familiarity point-of-sale systems, outgoing personality
Servsafe Certified
RBS Certified
Have open-mindedness and excellent communication
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $18.67/hour plus tips.
