Bix restaurant is hiring for the position of a.m. Pastry Prep. Bix is San Francisco’s premiere supper club located in the heart of the financial district.
a.m. Pastry Prep position requires a firm understanding of pastry fundamentals. You will be responsible for production of all desserts as well as multiple breads.
This opportunity requires someone with experience in pastry production as well as experience plating for service. Seeking someone who is passionate about their job and able to work independently but who is also a team player.
We are a fast paced, fine dining kitchen and require everyone have a team spirit and a professional attitude.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
PAY SCALE: Hourly Non-Exempt from $20.00-$23.00 per hour DOE + Tips.
