Bon Mot in Main Street Cupertino is seeking to fill positions for a Full Time Bar Manager and Part Time Bartender
We are a cozy Korean Fusion Bistro attached to the Mariott Residence Inn looking to add to our talented bar team!
Head Bartender
40 hours, Tuesday-Saturday
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the daily operations of the bar
-Train, supervise, and assist GM on bar offerings
-Develop and implement bar menus and specials
-Manage inventory, ordering, and budget
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Update menus & Toast POS
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
-Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Passion for Asian cuisine and cocktails a plus!
Compensation:
-$26/hour, negotiable based off experience + tips
Bartender
part time, 2-3 shifts a week including a Saturday
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers
-Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
-Assist in creating and implementing bar menus and specials
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
-Monitor and manage bar inventory
-Passion for Asian cuisine and cocktails a plus!
Qualifications:
-Previous bartending experience required
-Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation
-Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
-Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
-Interest in Korean fusion cuisine is a bonus
Compensation:
