Goguette Bread, an artisanal French bakery in Santa Rosa, is expanding & looking for an individual with passion and experience as a baker to join our growing team. We are a small family run atelier, respecting the ancient bread making techniques using only levain (sourdough) for all of our products. The bakery to us is not just a place to work, but an extension of who we are as a group. This job is ideal for someone who is highly disciplined, efficient, self-motivated, open minded, interested in working with others, curious about the science of fermentation and an artist at heart with skilled hands.

. have a minimum of 1 year bakery production experience

This position is flexible enough to be either part-time or full-time.
