We’re looking for an experienced Busser/ Food Runner to add to our Front of the House team.
Ethel’s Fancy is a new restaurant in downtown Palo Alto. Thought of as a modern California restaurant with some asian influences, this restaurant is a personal project brought together by Chef Scott Nishiyama, formerly of Chez TJ and the French Laundry.
A chef-driven establishment, the restaurant brings elevated cuisine to a more casual and fun atmosphere. The menu will evolve dynamically, driven by Scott’s imagination, and what he finds best in the markets.
