What You'll Do:
Lead kitchen operations for our 50-seat pizzeria/Italian restaurant, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards.
Hire, train, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of approximately 25, fostering a supportive and inspiring environment.
Contribute to the growth of an established and respected restaurant group, with opportunities for career advancement.
Plan and execute exceptional menus, adapting to seasonal changes and handling catering, special events, buyouts, and offsite functions.
Maintain budgeted costs and profitability, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the owners to continually improve and innovate our food and operations.

Experience in a Chef or Chef de Cuisine role.
A desire to embrace all the responsibilities listed above with enthusiasm.
Mental and physical stamina, along with a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role.
Basic computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and email.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
