At Koolfi Creamery, we're all about crafting premium, Indian-inspired ice cream with only the best organic ingredients. Our mission? To dazzle taste buds and create a sunny, joyful experience for every ice cream lover.
Pay: Once you’re a solo superstar, you’ll earn between $18 to $20/hr plus pooled tips (which usually bumps your earnings to a cool $21-$25/hr!). During training, it’s a sweet $16.50/hr.

We're on the hunt for a passionate ice cream cook to whip up our unique creations. If you love working with real ingredients, exploring flavors, and being part of a fun, team-driven atmosphere, we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Be the recipe wizard, following established recipes, prepping, cooking, and churning ice cream like a pro (don’t worry, we’ll train you!);
- Cook up desserts and café menu items—creative ideas are a huge bonus!;
- Bake cakes, cookies, and pies to accompany our ice cream magic;
- Pack and label ice cream pints, cups, and more;
- Decorate cakes and pies like the artist you are;
- Wash dishes, machines, and floors (because even ice cream chefs have to clean!);
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines:
- Stock the freezer and lift up to 20 pounds;
- Manage inventory and help the head chef with the cooking schedule.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen (ice cream experience is a cherry on top!);
- Love cooking with unique flavors and ingredients;
- Ability to work consistent weekly shifts (21 to 28 hours/week, with potential for more);
- Must be 18 or older and legally allowed to work in the U.S.;
- Understand instructions in English;
- Be ready to stand and hustle for extended periods;
- Be friendly, kind, and a team player;
- Have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality;
- Flexibility for weekend shifts;
-Comfortable working solo or with a buddy;
- High hygiene and cleanliness standards are a must!
