At Crisp Kitchen & Juice you’ll find:

Total Compensation:

Lead and role model Crisp Kitchen & Juice philosophies, standards and expectations
Deliver gold standard guest service and engagement
Supervise, train & develop all staff
Schedule and manage labor to budget
Hire, recruit, and performance management
Practice highest level of food safety and quality control
Execute highest level of food and beverage aesthetics
Effectively manage inventory, ordering and cost controls
Responsible for profit and loss management
Organization – Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and on time; Support organization's mission/vision/goals/values
Desired Skills and Experience:
Enthusiastic & positive attitude with passion for people
Insatiable drive and enthusiasm for food
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly personality & strong work ethic
Knowledge of plant-based food a +
Experience managing a profitable & operationally-sound single café/restaurant
Knowledge of restaurant/café operations and experience recruiting and managing staff
An ability to provide, role model and enforce a high standard of guest service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written
Proven ability to understand and execute organizational goals and objectives
Experience reviewing financial reports, managing and meeting budgets
Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office and other computer and software skills
Teamwork - Balance team and individual responsibilities; Exhibit objectivity and openness to others'
