Lifestyle Management:
Take the lead in meal prepping to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle, ensuring a variety of nutritious options are readily available.
Assist with grocery shopping, prioritizing fresh and high-quality ingredients for meal planning.
Ensure electric vehicles are consistently charged and ready for use.
Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning or coordinating deliveries.
Home Organization:
Maintain household organization and ensure the home environment is tidy and functional.
Collaborate with the housekeeper to ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are up-to-date.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist with personal calendar management, including coordinating appointments or personal engagements.
Oversee home service appointments (e.g., for maintenance or repairs) and ensure timely completion.
Other Personal Tasks:
Handle occasional travel arrangements and packing assistance.
Take initiative to identify ways to streamline and improve daily routines.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to use scheduling and organizational apps.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Position Details:
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Location: Must be local to the Los Gatos area.
