At least 2 years of restaurant experience
Availability for weekends and late nights
Host Shift Lead
Take charge of the floor during service, setting the tone for staff and guest interactions.
Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH.
Support training by reinforcing service standards and systems.
Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Be the “go-to” leader on shift, ensuring the team stays motivated and focused.
Greet and seat guests
Manage reservations and waitlists
Answer phones and take basic guest questions
