As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting your team during shifts to ensure top-notch service and quality.
- Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitoring food prep and service to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
- Handling customer interactions with professionalism and care.
- Assisting in training and mentoring team members to help them grow.
- Problem-solving on the fly and keeping things running smoothly during busy times.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
-3 years of experiencein a similar role or in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Spanish is a plus!
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
- A passion for food and hospitality (bonus points if you love pizza as much as we do!).
What We Offer:
Competitive pay:$21-$22 per hour, plus a$4 tip guaranteeper hour.
