Requirements:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar setting
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Excellent customer service, hospitality, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain before hire)
Responsibilities:
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards
Provide friendly and efficient service while building rapport with guests
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with state and local laws
Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean at all times
Handle POS transactions and cash management accurately
Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere
