About the Job
We are seeking a polished, professional, and knowledgeable Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to…)
-Provide an elevated guest experience by delivering attentive, personalized service
-Demonstrate deep knowledge of the food and beverage menus, including wine and spirits (natural wine knowledge is a plus)
-Guide guests through their dining experience with thoughtful recommendations and menu insight
-Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization in the dining area
-Follow all safety, sanitation, and service procedures according to company policy and health regulations
-Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary
Experience Requirements
-Must have at least 2+ years experience in high-end/fine dining
Training Requirements
-Must have a valid Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Physical Demands
-Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of your accepted shifts (except for meal and rest periods).
-Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
-$19.18 per hour plus service charge and tips
