Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager

Calistoga's EVANGELINE restaurant is seeking a motivated, energetic and passionate culinary talent to join the team and to helm the kitchen and culinary operations. This is a salaried position with full benefits and two weeks paid time off. The perfect candidate must have the following qualities/skills

. proficiency in Spanish

. able to successfully lead and mentor the kitchen crew

. be able to forecast, budget and manage food and labor costs and be familiar with order placement, invoice management and keep cogs and labor costs within the company's budgetary parameters

. be able to conceptualize and executive gradual menu changes and effect seasonal changes based on local availability

. have experience in hiring and building a team
