Seeking a full-time experienced cook/chef for a small kitchen close to downtown Petaluma. We are a small bar and restaurant with food service 7 days a week from 11:30am-5:30pm. Seeking cook with experience in fast paced service, dedicated to quality and consistency, ability to multi-task and communicate clearly.
Duties will include food prep, preparing soups and dressing, food service and sanitation. Restaurant menu is American (burgers, steak, pasta, salads, etc) with daily lunch specials that vary (calamari steak, corned beef and cabbage, fish tacos, breaded pork, for example)
