Ocean2Table is looking for a new fish cutter and delivery driver.
Must be available to work Tuesday - Friday starting at 6:30am
Duties:
- Cleaning, filleting, and portioning of fish and seafood products.
- Assist with the loading and unloading from delivery vehicles
- Ensure that everything is properly stored and organized
- Assist with inventory management
- Basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Follow routes and instructions for delivery to various locations (home deliveries and restaurant deliveries)
Experience:
- Prior experience cutting fish, delivering, and working in a kitchen
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading
- Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must have fish cutting experience
- Must have a smartphone
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and a clean driving record
