Celia's by the Beach, is seeking motivated, hard-working individuals to join our familia.
Celia's was founded in 1960, and with over 64 years of business we have a history of quality service and delicious Mexican food in an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Our founders built our reputation with passion, manners, hard-work, dedication and love; we look to bring on people with similar ideals.
Our philosophy has always been to treat our customers as if they were guests in grandma Celia's house, and employees as if they are a part of our familia.
We are looking to add someone that is diligent at managing tables, able to up-sell margaritas, tequila, food dishes, etc. An individual with a focus on their customers dining experience, who is also able to communicate well with fellow employees to ensure prompt and exceptional service, as well as display charisma and develop personal relationships with all of our regular customers.
Shifts are between 3pm-10:30pm, Tuesday - Sunday.
We currently have part time hours, 8-12 hours per week. (2-3 shifts/week)
Employees receive a meal for every shift they work.
