What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team: Hire, train, and inspire a top-notch staff committed to hospitality, professionalism and excellence. Interviewing and onboarding new employees and training them to function well in front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Work hand in hand with our Brewer, Chef, Music booker and Events Manager to ensure we operate at our best capacities and highest levels of offerings and service.
Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest service across the brewery, restaurant, event spaces and music venue while keeping things fun, efficient, and profitable. Be the eyes and ears of the ownership team, working on the floor directly interacting with our guests and directing our staff.
Curate the Experience: Collaborate on beer and menu offerings, create an inviting atmosphere, and work with the team to keep our event calendar lively.
Manage Financials: Keep an eye on budgets, cost controls, and revenue streams to maximize profitability. Manage all team members, utilizing all in-house systems and account management tools to meet budgets and benchmarks.
Engage the Community: Build relationships with locals, artists, and beer lovers to make our space the go-to destination in Pacifica.
Drive profitability while staying true to our values of sustainability and great local offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing a restaurant, brewery, or live entertainment venue.
A passion for craft beer, great food, and live music.
Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, team-focused approach.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Experience with event planning, beer service, and hospitality.
Timeliness for all shifts and reliability.
Dependable transportation.
