Host Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their dining experience starts off with a smile. Your warmth and organization will make all the difference!
What You’ll Do
-Greet guests with a friendly smile and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
-Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and address guest inquiries.
-Operate the POS system for smooth transaction handling.
What We’re Looking For
-Availability to work 3-5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
-A cheerful, outgoing personality with a passion for great customer service.
-Prior experience in customer service is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
