Our growing company is looking to hire an experienced candidate, (unexperienced ok, but need to know the line and cooking) for the position of kitchen manager for an exciting fast-paced place to work. Kitchen managers duties include :
Monitoring food waste and inventory levels, and resolving food quality issues
The interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling and after conferring with the General Manager, terminating of any employee
Controlling costs, including all direct operating expenses and conducting monthly inventory
Provide a safe environment for employees and customers by maintaining brand standards, enforcing the food safety requirements and company policies and training employees in proper food preparation practices
Be able to do basic repairs and troubleshoot any issues with equipment
Bilingual : English and spanish
Pay: 24$-26 plus benefits
