Job Description: Expo/Food Runner/Busser

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly wage + tip share

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Expo/Food Runners/Bussers to join our team and help us deliver seamless service.
Job Responsibilities
Expo/Food Runner Responsibilities:
Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated correctly before leaving the kitchen
Run food from the kitchen to tables in a timely, organized manner
Communicate with the kitchen and service team to maintain smooth food flow
Maintain knowledge of menu items, modifications, and allergens
Assist with table maintenance, pre-bussing, and clearing when necessary
Keep the expo station clean, stocked, and organized
Support servers during busy service times to ensure a great guest experience
Busser Responsibilities:
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Refill water and assist with table maintenance throughout the guest’s meal
Assist in carrying dishes and supplies between kitchen and service areas
Perform regular restroom checks to maintain cleanliness
Help manage restaurant flow by coordinating with hosts and servers
Support special events, large parties, and private dining setups
Qualifications & Skills:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
