Hello! We are looking for a Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday (dinner) server to join our team. We are celebrating 30 years of upscale vegan dining this month at Millennium and are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience serving (fast paced and also fine dining would be helpful) and at least 5 years experience in the restaurant industry. We are looking for someone who can stay calm while busy and handle large sections with exceptional/extensive food & beverage knowledge. Millennium's menus change regularly and we expect whoever we hire to maintain a strong understanding of the (predominately local, seasonal) food & drinks we servehow they are made and what they contain. We are looking for an honest person who is hard-working, efficient and loves engaging with people. Many of our guests have been coming into Millennium for decades, some fly in from other states and we have goals of having service as excellent as is the food coming out of the kitchen.
