Hello!
We are looking for a Thursday & Friday bartender who can start right away. There is always opportunity to pick up/cover more days and we are also happy to cross train when it makes sense for everyone. We are looking to hire a bartender with a lot of experience (at least 5 years) including both fast paced & upscale/fine dining environments. The bartenders at Millennium provide food & beverage service to 15 bar diners while also making seasonal craft cocktails and more for everyone in the restaurant.
Millennium turns 30 in September. We were one of the first upscale vegan restaurants in the country and our menu changes regularly highlighting seasonal produce and cuisines from all over the world. An interest in food is definitely important, wine knowledge is crucial, and we will also ensure that whoever we hire has an excellent work ethic, attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
