Responsibilities:
- Oversee all-encompassing restaurant operations, managing aspects such as budgeting, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring strict adherence to service and quality standards.
- Enforce company policies, fostering a secure and efficient work environment.
- Manage financial performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Implement strategic initiatives for sustained sales growth and an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven Restaurant General Manager experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume restaurant operations.
- Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant software systems, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Managerial Food Safety and Sanitation Certification (Preferred).
