Position: Bartender
As a Bartender at La Tapatia, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and artisanal cocktails, maintaining an immaculate bar area, and delivering prompt and friendly service to our patrons. Your creativity, knowledge of mixology, and attention to detail will contribute to the vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere of our establishment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, including classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid bartending certification.
Position: Server
As a Server at LA Tapatia you will play a vital role in providing attentive and personalized service to our guests. With your warm personality and passion for hospitality, you will guide diners through our menu, make recommendations, and ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server in an upscale restaurant or fine dining establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus, including Mexican cuisine and traditional pairings.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to create personalized experiences for guests.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Position: Busser
- As a busser you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining restaurant.
- You will be fully assisting servers to maintain the proper table environment and to take care of our guests
