We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, cooks with a minimum 2 years of comparable experience. Must be a motivated self-starter, capable to work multiple stations, work neatly and organized, with respect to products and the profession. MUST SPEAK SPANISH & ENGLISH FLUENTLY. Candidates must be able to accurately and efficiently work full-service shifts as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Responsibilities include: Running the line and ensuring quality service, purchasing, inventorying and organizing of prep. Communicating clearly with managers, kitchen and front of house staff. We're looking for day & night time line cooks.

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Understand basic cook times, knife work, and food temperature for cooking and holding.
Efficiently execute prep lists.
Able to follow recipes
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following the health code
Assist with delivery breakdown and organization of pantry and refrigeration units
Ability to maintain proper FIFO and minimize food waste
Ability to receive and give professional feedback
Sustain a safe and clean work environment with team and guests in mind
Meet uniform requirements and maintain clean and hygienic practices
Proficiency in English/Spanish is a must.
Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
Maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws
