The Pizza Shop is currently looking to hire an EXPERIENCED pizza maker.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a thin crust, hand-tossed, high-volume Pizzeria.
Skill set should include:
- the ability to quickly hand stretch 20 ounce dough balls into perfectly consistent 18"- 20" pizzas (east-coast, thin crust)
- being very comfortable with the pizza peel we do not use screens
- experience working the Baker's Pride Y-600 pizza oven (or equivalent)
- able to answer the phone when it's busy to take orders/operate delivery apps
