Reports to: General Manager, AGM

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $18.67/hr plus tips, Medical, Dental , Vision

Schedule (Work Hours):

This position requires long days and will be required to work after business hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Summary (description):

Essential Functions include but may not be limited to:

Minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience, ideally michelin star experience

Passion and the desire to learn, discuss and demonstrate Prelude’s offerings of food, wine, and cocktails.

Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures

Ability to acquire a valid California Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hiring

Well-groomed and follow Prelude’s uniform and appearance standards

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
