We are looking for a production manager/chef who focuses on distribution of freshly prepared meals using high quality ingredients. The successful candidate will have high volume and high quality cooking experience, skill in leading a production team to desired results while maintaining food safety standards. Training is provided for site specific procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in cooking a wide variety of cuisines, with skills to order food, manage food costs, and lead a team of qualified cooks to produce excellent food for seniors.
