QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
All positions require 1+ years of experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere.
Basic or advanced knowledge of wine is a plus
Commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
Ability to create unique guest experiences by providing warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with team members and guests
Neat and well-groomed appearance and have required uniform and tools
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs
Flexibility with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours
