YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The General Manager and Manager is responsible for all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Supervise, train, and coach restaurant staff
Scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, quality, managing all aspects of the restaurant
Other duties as dictated by Senior Management in order to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Manager with a fast casual or quick service restaurant with a focus
on strong guest service
ServSafe and ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications required
Excellent floor presence and a passion for hospitality
Genuine enjoyment of working with people
Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented
Open availability required
