Our restaurant is Napa's most popular local breakfast spot. Sunshine Café is a fast-paced, fun, and challenging restaurant to run! Our restaurant is driven by "local first" foods prepared fresh daily. We are detail oriented and have a "hands-on" service and management style. Our service is correct, timely, friendly, and never stuffy or pretentious. We are passionate about the hospitality business and we believe it shows in the details.
The person we are looking for to lead our team has an energetic personality, the food and beverage business is your career, (not a job while you find something else!) you are experienced in restaurant management or have been a server for some time and want to progress in the restaurant industry, you are knowledgeable and passionate about food and beverages, you enjoy a daily challenge with both directing and delegating employees and guests, you like to be on top of things, a self starter and follow through with projects and tasks, and maybe most important you are a GREAT communicator.
We are looking for a manager that wants to be part of an established restaurant group that employs a great crew. A manager that will contribute on a daily basis to our continued success. We treat one another like family (the Golden Rule!) and believe in creating an enjoyable work environment with contagious positive attitudes.
