The Richmond Republic Draught House is looking to add another FOH member to our team. For the past 10 years, we've been pouring local craft beer and serving dry aged hamburgers and cheese steaks to the good people of the Richmond district of San Francisco. We pride ourselves on offering amazing food, serving the best Bay Area craft beer, and giving fast friendly service to our neighborhood diners and drinkers. Recently we acquired a full liquor license, so now we are expanding our focus to creating our house cocktail program, and striving to have one of the best whiskey lists in the Avenues.
We are hiring for a Server at the moment, but all FOH team members will have serving, bartending, and food running duties. All staff not only pour beers, make cocktails, give table service, but also run food, bus tables, greet customers upon entry, answer phones, take out orders, keg changes, and tv and music controls. Right now we are hiring for a position with Saturday and Sunday shifts, but there may be weekday shifts to add if you are interested. We have a shared tip system where every staff member has an equal share of the tips. That share works out to be on average between $10and $20 per hour worked, but can go up to $25/hr tips on busy shifts. So with a base pay of $18.67 per hour, your hourly will on average be between $28 and $38. Tips come on your biweekly checks. We also offer a shift beer, shift meal, and 40% off staff discount. Prior serving experience is desired, but we are open to training a great candidate with minimal service experience.
