For 41 years, Hana Japan has been a family-owned teppanyaki restaurant bringing warmth, great food, and a lively atmosphere to the Dublin community. We’re proud to carry on a tradition built on family, teamwork, and passion for hospitality. We’re now looking for a Server who brings strong service skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive service while supporting our teppanyaki chefs
Guide guests through the menu and offer recommendations
Maintain an organized section and ensure a smooth dining experience
Work closely with the team to support high volume dinner service
Requirements
Minimum one year serving experience
Strong communication and guest service skills
Availability for dinner shifts
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
English proficiency required
ServSafe certification preferred
Familiarity with POS systems is helpful
