SOLID Wine Sales Position available with an established Bay Area wine brokerage in San Francisco We’re an independent brokerage that specializes in small production and local artisan wines seeking a superstar to rock SF with these amazing wineries. Proven sales experience and wine sales experience a huge advantage. We’ve 25 years in the local market under our belts and are very respected in the industry. Our portfolio carries an emphasis on high quality wines at very competitive price points, small family producers, artisan hand crafted wines, and we value working with people that are a joy to work with. The position comes with full office support, all the necessary samples, hard copy portfolios, active and established accounts, and a healthy target list with connections and established leads. This position requires a lot of go-getting and willingness to go after new business and build your territory from the ground up. A good car and knowledge of the Food and Wine industry in the respective territories is absolutely required as well as solid wine-knowledge, a firm grasp on how to close a sale, ability to manage, maintain, and grow multiple relationships effectively in a long-term scenario, excellent organization skills, and plenty of drive and passion.
