About the Economic Assistance (EA) PPEA:
This Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst will sit in the Economic Assistance Division and be responsible for supporting the technical systems integral to running the EA Service Center, including managing and monitoring the Amazon Connect phone system and all associated systems and processes that facilitate public access to Economic Assistance programs. Additional responsibilities include:
Providing management level coverage at multiple Economic Assistance locations, including leading expansion at County outstations buildings
Analyzing workflows and other phone data to maximize call efficiencies and productivity
Researching, analyzing, and evaluating EA programs and data
Working in a fast-paced environment that fields over 1,000 phone calls per week
Preparing reports, outreach, and trainings for various EA programs
Ensuring staff are providing excellent customer service
Supervising staff, including triage workers, who are responsible for providing general information to the public and routing calls to the appropriate phone queues
Consulting with EA managers and other division/department leadership to ensure operations run smoothly and remain aligned with program, division, and department goals
Performing disaster work and taking on additional responsibility during times of disaster
About the Family, Youth, and Children (FYC) PPEA:
This Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst will sit in the Family, Youth, and Children Division and be responsible for supporting the operations of multiple administrative units, including: ER/Intake Support, TEAM/TDM Support, Legal and Adoptions Support, and Foster Care Eligibility. Additional responsibilities include:
Supervising two Office Support Supervisors, an Eligibility Supervisor, and a Legal Staff Supervisor
Interpreting regulatory requirements and incorporating program process improvements
Overseeing the policy team, and writing program and administrative policies and procedures
Managing the Linkages program between FYC and Employment and Training (E&T)
Overseeing internal service contracts and budgets
Coordinating site facilities, space planning, and safety operations
Conducting process mapping activities to improve services and streamline processes
Managing the Custodian of Records and ensuring safe handling of confidential documents
Managing the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and Disaster Plan
Overseeing document imaging and safe storage
