Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
Full Circle Therapy Collective, LLC
About Us:
We are two Sonoma County therapists building a therapy collective in our town of Sebastopol, California. With a strong foundation in clinical practice spanning hospital experience, non profit and clinic experience, and years of in depth training, we are looking to support and guide associate therapists on their journey towards licensure.
What We Do:
Serve individuals in Sebastopol and the state of California virtually
Work with a variety of individuals and couples with different mental health issues
Focus on mild to moderate high functioning population with most issues specific to: Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, and Trauma and Mood disorders
Strong theoretical approach in: IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatics, Integrative & Holistic Mental Health, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Trauma Focused services (EMDR)
Strong focus on client centered and holistic treatment practices
Work with adults, couples, teens, pre-teens, children and families
Qualifications:
Masters in: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field in counseling
Must have Associate Number from BBS (Associate Clinical Social Worker ACSW, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT, or Professional Clinical Counselor APCC)
Must be a motivated learner who receives feedback well and desires to improve and grow clinical skills
Must be willing to work with 15 clients per week or more
Must be local to Sonoma County and work in-person
Must be open to working with people of all backgrounds and belief systems
Some experience in private practice, clinics, hospitals or other mental health environments a strong plus
Basic case formulation ability and clinical skills necessary
Basic documentation skills necessary
Open minded with a strong desire to learn various modalities and clinical approaches a strong plus
Familiarity with the DSM and basic diagnostic knowledge necessary

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: From $60.00 per clinical hour
No Healthcare, Dental or Retirement benefits
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
