We’re a small, licensed adult residential home in Vallejo looking for a caring and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team.
Our residents are independent adults who just need light support and reminders throughout the day. This is a calm, home-based job — not a stressful fast-paced environment. You’ll be helping people live comfortably and feel supported in their daily lives.
Some daily tasks include:
Light cooking such as preparing simple home meals
Light housekeeping
Offering reminders for hygiene, meals, and routines
Providing light personal care assistance
Supporting residents on short outings
Assisting with self-administered medications (training provided)
We’ll train the right person! This is an ideal position for someone patient, reliable, and looking for meaningful, steady work.
Pay: $18.00/hr
Shifts: Part-time and full-time (day, evening, and overnight)
Requirements: Must be 18 or older and able to pass a DOJ/FBI background check.
