We’re urgently hiring experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides
(CHHA) licensed in California to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
Area Covered: San Francisco and surrounding areas
Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal care in accordance with each patient’s Plan of Care
Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted CHHA license issued by the California Department of Public
Health
License number must be included with your application
If you are a CNA, a separate CHHA certification course is required (The company may provide financial assistance with this certification)
Reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Willingness to travel reasonable distances
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to use online applications and digital work tools
Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
