We are seeking a dedicated and positive Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our general dental office located in Milpitas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent customer service to provide to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
Understanding Dental PPO/UCR/In Network and Out of Network insurances + Fees
Ensure accurate and timely patient scheduling
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Assist with urgent dental care coordination as needed
Collaborate with staff to optimize patient care and scheduling
Manage administrative tasks related to treatment coordination
Post insurance checks
Check eligibility for patients coming in for treatment
Pre Authorize treatment
Post payments and reconcile at the end of each day
Work closely with the oral surgeon and prepare patients for their surgery dates
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred
Familiar with electronic dental record systems like Dentrix
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

Monday - 10am - 7pm
Tuesday - 8:30am - 5pm
Wednesday - 8:30am - 5pm (Admin day with flexible hours)
Thursday - 10am - 7pm
Friday - 9am - 6pm
BOE: $28 - $35
Compensation will be based on experience.
